Phi Chi Theta is open to all Business majors or minors who have earned twelve hours and have a 2.25 Cumulative Grade Point Average.

PHI CHI THETA'S primary interest is PROFESSIONALISM, both as an organization and in its members. However, here at the Gamma Delta Chapter, SOCIAL and SERVICE activities are emphasized as well. We believe that time spent in developing friendships with sisters and brothers is beneficial for the present as well as the future.

PHI CHI THETA follows the customs of Greek letter organizations - e.g. it conducts rushes, pledging, initiation ceremonies, etc. These customs strengthen the bond between members and deepen their dedication to the ideals of the fraternity. The pledge period gives new members time to learn about Phi Chi Theta before undertaking the responsibilities and accepting the privileges of initiated membership.
